Axel Vasquez is a renowned international beauty educator, makeup artist, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the industry. Originally from Guatemala, he turned his childhood passion into a solid career that now inspires thousands of people across the United States and Latin America.

He has worked with prominent figures such as Despierta América hosts Francisca Lachapel and Jessica Rodríguez, singers like Leslie Grace and Nella Rojas, and beauty queens including Miss USA Alma Cooper and Savannah Gankiewicz. His work has been part of historic moments such as the 2025 Presidential Inauguration.

In 2019, Axel competed on the hit TV show American Beauty Star, where he was named first runner-up, showcasing his talent to a national audience.

For the past four years, he has served as the beauty director for the most important swimwear runway in the U.S., Miami Swim Week, and has also led beauty teams at New York Fashion Week, collaborating with international designers and major media outlets like Univision and FOX 5.

He is the founder of AXEL MAKEUP ACADEMY, where he has trained hundreds of students throughout the U.S. and Latin America. His vision goes beyond makeup—he empowers people to use their image as a tool for transformation, confidence, and professional growth.
